FOOD & BEVERAGE
(inclusive Breakfast, Lunch, Tea & Dinner) is charged at
- Rs. 900/ head/day for guests 10 years and above.
- Rs.450/head/day for children between 6 & 9 years.
- No Charge for children below the age of six.
ACTIVITIES, TREKS & SAFARIS
We conduct a variety of activities, and advise our guests to decide on an activity after meeting with our activities in-charge upon arrival at the resort. This way guests have a better feel for the place and can make an informed choice of what they'd like to do. Also, charges vary across activities and according to variables such as how many people share a jeep and so on. Any activities that you should choose to participate in by way of treks and safaris shall be at an additional cost to the room and food.
We are a family run resort, catering to families, couples and mixed-gender groups.
Consequently, we subscribe to a very strict policy of not accepting groups with less than 40% ladies. Corporate Bookings are again not accepted unless strict guidelines, provided by us, are followed, as we have had untoward incidents in the past, which we would like to avoid.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of
advance payment of one days room rent,
- Via Bank Transfer within the time frame given by us. (Call or write in for details). In case of late transfers, the money shall be refunded, less 10% as service charge.
- Alternatively call or write in with your credit card details (Credit card number and expiry date), allowing us to conduct on offline transfer and confirm your booking immediately. Rest assured that your credit card details will be handled with care.
- All other booking and cancellation policies apply.
CONFIRMATION OF GROUP BOOKINGS
3 or more rooms OR 6 or more people in the dorms shall be considered a ‘Group Booking’, for which the additional Terms and Conditions given below apply.
- Bookings will be confirmed on advance receipt of full room rent for entire duration of stay.
- In the event of a stay being cut short, the room advance will not be adjusted to other services rendered (food/beverages/activities etc).

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation of confirmed bookings will be treated as follows:
- No Refund for cancellations made 15 days or less, ahead of check-in date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 60 days ahead of check-in date.
- During your stay, if there are meals or coffee/tea not had, there will be no deduction made from the meal plan of Rs 700/- per person per day.

Check out time: 12 noon Check in time 2 pm.
MODE OF REFUND
Refunds, if any from jungle retreat will be reimbursed only by cheque. |
